Garment Heat Transfers

Heat transfer or heat seal garment decorating is traditional on sports jerseys for names and numbers, but we also use it for designs and logos as well. When implemented with our uniform program, your activewear or team sport apparel can be transformed and your logos can come to life. We usually create one color transfers in a thin vinyl that we cut to shape and applied to a flat surface on apparel or bags.

For full-color transfers, we utilize a specially designed printer, inks, and transfer media. We require that you provide us with high-resolution vector artwork so we can provide you with a high-quality transfer. Typically these designs are contour cut to the shape of your logo or other familiar shapes such as a circle, square, or oval. Full-color transfers have excellent detail and no limit on the number of colors, shading detail, halftone or other factors that can complicate screen printing or embroidery.

There are some limitations on the detail that we can cut on both one color and full-color logos. Your design may require that we add some outlines or strokes to smooth out tight cuts. We include this service as part of the set-up fee.
