Image SOP™ (Simple Order Processing) is a unique order management system that is designed to make it easy for customers, and customer service. Dedicated Websites/Company Stores
Your personalized website or company store can be an integral part of your program. Our integrated SOP technology allows us to quickly and easily add any of the thousands of products from our main website to your store. Store features are customized for your unique set of circumstances. For example will these orders be billed on a PO, or processed on a credit card? Shipped to one location, or several? If your program consists of only a few items, they will all be features on the main page, if it is more involved, we will organize the individual items in categories to keep it simple.


Easy, Secure On Line Ordering, Order tracking, & Order History
All users are given a log-on consisting of their email address and password, and all transactions are encrypted using 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Orders are updated in our system as they are processed so you can always check to verify that your order is received or in production, and when it is expected to ship. Previous orders can be viewed to verify styles, sizes and pricing. One of the biggest criticisms that customers have of uniform companies is the lack of communication or the ability to get an answer on their orders. Our information is available 24/7.


Employee Uniform Allowance. Image SOP™ lets you manage your uniform allowance online!You can set a fixed dollar amount and/or a fixed number of pieces that your employees can order during your budget period. You will never worry about them ordering more than their allotment, or what the money has been spent on. You can restrict which styles are available to each employee. Your administrator always has access to view what has been ordered, and how much has been spent from a uniform allowance, or how much is left. In addition to the dollar limits, you can specify which pieces can be ordered and the number of pieces. If an employee exceeds their allowance, you have the option of denying the order completely, forcing them to pay with a credit card, or simply notifying the administrator and letting the order continue.


Location Budgeting works similarly to our uniform allowance options. This allows you to set budgets for individual operating units or locations for you budget period. Whether you have a single location with multiple operating budgets, or if you have multiple remote locations you want to keep your eye on, this will keep them within budget. Again, you can set the preferences to deny an over budget order, or to simply notify your administrator.






Artwork Manager is a method for storing all of the logos and artwork that have been used on orders, and may be required again. The logo will be selected by the user each time an order is placed. We even store multiple colorways of your art if you like for use on different colors of uniforms. You are always assured of getting exactly the embroidery or other artwork you ordered. You are not merely selecting from a list, but from an actual picture of a virtual image of the artwork. Our goal is zero mistakes.


Co-Branding solutions for Dealer/Distributor programs
If you have a dealer or distributor network, they want products with their name and contact information, not just yours. We can set up your program to allow them to add additional decoration in another location with their own personalized logo. This is especially important if they are spending their own money to participate. This helps increase participation in the program, and makes for a happier dealer network. We find that if a dealer has to choose between your brand and theirs, they will choose their own, unless you are paying for the program.


Clear, concise order acknowledgements are emailed on every order, showing what you ordered, and a copy of any artwork being applied to your order. These are sent via email in a .pdf file that has a hotlink to take you back to our website if you want to see the actual picture of what you ordered. A picture of the decoration artwork is included in the .pdf so you will know immediately if the wrong artwork has been ordered.


Integrated Order Management
Whether the order is placed by an employee online, on the phone with our customer service or via fax, the information is immediately emailed and available for viewing on the web. This helps to improve customer communication, so your employees and ours are always on the same page when discussing an order. Your program administrator will receive an email copy of every order, if they so choose.

We will develop a competitive pricing plan based on your program needs. If you are a government entity we may already have pricing plans in place for your requirements. While we seldom participate in “bids”, our prices are based on expected volume over time.


“On Demand” garment decorating. Because we have our own in-house decorating, most decorated orders are shipped in only a few days. This allows us to service your program with little or no inventory commitment from you. We are not merely a broker who orders your products when you place an order. We are a full service uniform company.


Fast Turnaround
Decorated orders are shipped in 3-7 days. Blank orders are shipped immediately. Orders with both blank and decorated products are usually shipped together unless otherwise specified.


ImagePac™ Order consolidation. We think like you do. If you were putting together an order for 100 of your employees, would you pack them all randomly in a box for someone else to sort out? Of course not, but then why would you allow your supplier to do that…because it is easier for them? That is what you are paying them for! When ordered together, orders for multiple individuals are packaged separately and then consolidated for shipping. The boxes you receive will be clearly marked with the names on the outside of each employee whose uniforms are inside, if you provide us with detailed information. Regardless, we always try to pack like items, colors and sizes together, to save you time in distribution.


Custom Products
When stock products can’t quite meet your requirements, we have a variety of sources for custom products. There are hundreds of companies today who will import a cheap product for you, but we only work with established companies who can deliver on their promises. Designed and manufactured explicitly for you. Our offshore sourcing brings you premium quality products for prices that are usually 15% to 25% less expensive than utilizing products currently in stock. Available for shirts, hats, jackets, and an infinite variety of promotional products. Custom products have an order minimum, and for offshore production, most orders take 10-12 weeks


Rush Service
You can't always plan for the inevitable, regardless of what your boss may think! In most cases we will accommodate your rush requirements with no additional fees, except any additional freight charges.
