While some customers utilize
patches to achieve a particular look, we also use
embroidered patches to achieve an embroidered look
at an affordable cost. The embroidery is created and
die cut to the shape of the logo. This is usually
done “off shore”, and ordered in volume, and the
final decorating cost can be less than ½ of that of
direct embroidery. The emblems are then either
sealed on with a heat press, or sewn on.
Security This is also commonly used for security shirts where security patches are added to the shirt. American Flag patches are popular as well, and we keep them in stock. Pricing Based on the number of patches ordered, and the number of stitches. Send us your artwork for a quote. We charge $1.00 to attach most emblems. Set-up We can set this up from almost any good quality artwork you can provide in a digital format. We provide you with artwork and a color card showing the actual thread colors being utilized for your emblem. Turnaround-time 30-45 days after art approval to get your emblems from the factory. Attaching emblems to your order is generally done in 2-3 days if we have the emblems in stock. |
