After your logo has been setup, orders usually ship
from our warehouse in Nashville, TN in about 7-10 days. New embroidery may take up
to 3 business days to set up.

Can I send you my logo to embroider?
Yes, please do!
Do you have a printed catalog you can mail me?
There is a one-time setup fee for us to “digitize” you logo for embroidery, which runs $50 for most standard sizes. The digitizing and application includes up to 10000 stitches. There will be an additional charge if your design is larger than that. If you want a quote, please click here to send us your design.
Yes we do. Please contact customer service to have a catalog sent to you.
Can I order a product sample?
Yes you may, and we encourage you to do so. You will be billed at the 6 piece price, +$10 handling fee. If this is returned with in 10 days you will receive full credit toward your order, but you are responsible for return shipping. Product samples do not include embroidery.
