Direct Embroidery
Direct embroidery refers to the process of sewing a name or design directly to a garment. This is our most popular decoration. Logos or custom designs are set up and approved by the customer, and this can usually be used on a variety of products, including hats, shirts, bags and jackets.

Screen Printing
Screen print is a printmaking technique that traditionally creates a sharp-edged single colorimage using a stencil and a porous fabric. A screen print or serigraph is an image ctated in this technique. This is great for larger designs and larger quantities. The set-up fees for sil screening is dependent on:

Number of colors involved
Number of locations to be printed
Number of garments

Applique´
This is often associated with the "collegiate" look. Usually large letters or words are cut and sewn on a garment. We have a 12 piece minimum on this process, 6 pieces on re-orders. This is priced by the size of the design (square inch) and the total number ordered.

Embroidered Patches and Emblems
If you are trying to achieve an embroidered look and want an affordable approach, we can offer you an embroidered emblem. It can be sewn or purchased with and adhesive backing.This can help you achieve the embroidered look at a more economical price, especially if you have larger or detailed embroidery, as well as a large quantity of products to decorate. Please call for minimum order pricing.

Custom Imports
If ordering a large quantity of customized products with embroidery or other decorations, we often recommend a custom import. These products will be decorated at the factory where they are fabricated. We usually offer 20% to 50% savings on these orders. We have a minimum order of 600 pieces for hats or $6,000 on most other products. Lead time is 12-14 weeks after approved sample.

Heat Applied Numbers and Transfers
This is traditionally what you would see on most sport jerseys.We can apply your number on the back or front along with a team name and/or player's name. We have available a variety of stock artforvarious mascots and team lettering styles that can be customized to suit your needs. We have a 10-piece minimum order on names and numbers. Please call for customized designs to discuss your requirements.

Digitally Printed Designs
We are very excited about offering this technology. It makes printing your design almost as easy as printing it from your home computer. However there are some limitations to which of the products can be printed on. With white t-shirts being the most practical, there are NO SET-UP FEES and a LOW 12 PIECE MINIMUM. We offer you the easiest and most vibrant prints.
