Our most popular option! This process is excellent for logos of approx 4” or less, where your design is sewn directly into the product. We usually embroidery shirts and outerwear on the chest area, but other options include the sleeve, cuff, below the collar (on the back), on the collar. Hats can be embroidered on the front, side or back, and other products we sell such as brief cases are usually limited to one or 2 locations which can be embroidered.

Pricing
Set up for most logos is $50 to $125. This is a one-time fee. The application fee for your design is based on the number of stitches, which is indicative of the amount of time it takes for us to run the design. Most of our chest size logos run between $3.00 and $5.00. If you send us a your design, we’ll be happy to give you a firm quote.

Set-up
Your artwork is “digitized” to create an embroidery file that directs our equipment for each stitch required, when to change thread colors, where to trim threads, etc. We can set this up from almost any good quality artwork you can provide in a digital format. In 1-2 days we will provide you with a sewn swatch of your design for approval, before we embroider any product. We will always work with you to make sure your design is perfect before we apply it to your order. It will closely emulate the artwork you provide, so make sure the design we start with is what you want.

Turnaround Time
Generally 7-10 Days. Rush orders are accepted as our schedule allows.

Minimum Order
Absolute 6-piece minimum on hats. Other embroidered orders of less than 6 pieces have a $5.00 service charge. Corporate programs have no minimum or service charge on other products.
