Embroidery & Decoration

Image Connection offers one of the widest selections of decorating options. Using most of these options, we can either do a one time or occasional order, or we can do fulfillment on your uniform program that may require small frequent orders to outfit your employees. Direct Embroidery

Direct embroidery is our most popular decoration. This refers to the process of sewing or embroidering your design or lettering directly into the garment or other product. Logos or custom designs require a set up, and are approved by the customer before sewn on the final product. This can usually be used on a variety of products, including hats, shirts, bags and jackets.

Screen Printing

This is your least expensive option for high volume decoration, especially if you only require a 1 or 2-color decoration. Each design must have the color separated so an image of each color can be created on a film and a screen, so the more colors you need, the more expensive the set-up charge will be. This is typically used on textile products that can be printed flat like T-shirts, bags, and towels. However, many promotional products are screen-printed as well. Your final cost will depend on:

• Number of colors printed
• Number of locations to be printed
• Number of garments
• Color of the garment. Dark colors with light ink require an extra step (called flashing) to prevent color bleed thru.

Flock Transfers

Wow! How did you do that? Is the typical response we get when customers see this method for the first time. These transfers are made of dyed fibers that are extremely colorfast. They are dye cut to give you just the image you are looking for, and can be made in single colors or multiple colors to match your PMS colors. While typically expensive for small quantity orders, If you buy these in larger quantities we can stock the transfers for you, which allow us to �decorate on demand� as you place orders. This is an excellent option for fulfillment orders that give you a unique, crisp decoration.

Full Color Digital Transfers

Our Latest Option! Using high-resolution graphics we create a color image of your logo or artwork that is printed, cut, and transferred to your order. This is the best option for orders that have lots of detail, lots of color, small designs, and/or small quantities. We typically use this process on apparel and bags where we have a flat surface for the transfer. Small 12 piece minimum.

Applique'

This is often associated with the "collegiate" look. Usually large designs or letters are cut and sewn on a garment. We have a 12-piece minimum on this process, 6 pieces on re-orders. This is priced by the size of the design (square inch) and the total number ordered.

Embroidered Patches and Emblems

If you are trying to achieve an embroidered look and want an affordable approach, we can offer you an embroidered emblem. It can be sewn on, or purchased with an adhesive backing. This can help you achieve the embroidered look at a more economical price, especially if you have larger or detailed embroidery and well as a large quantity of products to decorate. Reflective Transfers

For your safety or security we offer reflective transfers cut and applied to shirts, jackets, safety vests, etc. We can create a single word as required such as �POLICE�, or cut and apply your logo in a reflective transfer.

Heat Applied Numbers and Transfers

This is traditionally what you would see on most sport jerseys. We can apply your number on the back or front along with a team name and/or player's name. We have a variety of stock art available for various mascots and team lettering that can be customized to suit your needs. We have a 10-piece minimum order on names and numbers. Direct To Garment Printing

We are very excited about offering this technology. It makes printing your design almost as easy as printing it from your home computer. However there are some limitations to which of the products can be printed on. With white t-shirts being the most practical, there are NO SET-UP FEES and a LOW 12 PIECE MINIMUM. We offer you the easiest and most vibrant prints.
