makes it easy to order exactly what they want, and only what you want them to order.

Uniform Allowance & Budgeting
Each user can have a pre-defined budget or allowance. For individual employees, you may allow them to
exceed the allowance and pay the difference by credit card. For a specific location or business unit,
you may want the order reviewed by a manager or supervisor before it is processed. We can handle both options.

Fixed Pricing
We figure your volume discounts on your entire program, not just a single
purchase, so you or your employees get the best pricing every time. It is almost impossible to budget
your purchases if you have to “stock up” to get the best price.

Fixed Embroidery Pricing
So you will know what your costs are on every item. For many programs, we will “package” the cost of the embroidery and the apparel together to make it even easier.

Integrated Product Selection
We offer 1000’s of products and our corporate programs are focused on product selection
specific to your needs. Only the products you select are shown on your website. If you need
to make a quick change, products can be added or removed from your program with a few clicks.

Logo Library
We keep all of your approved designs and application rules on file. Not only can you restrict
the items your employees can order, you can also restrict what artwork they can add.

Logo Police
Only approved logos and color combinations will be shown and users can have the option of adding
approved logos to any of the approved products. This is a dynamic function that changes easily
with your logo requirements. Some logos can be specific to a single operating location, while
other designs will be available to everyone in your group.

Order History & Tracking
Users can log on and check the status of their orders at any time. If needed, they can review their order
history for the past 12 months. This includes all of the details including “hot links” to the
garment pictures and logos.

More important, we offer you service, like no one else in our industry. Our company is large enough to

Order Detail
Every order is followed by a detailed confirmation. In addition to the garments and sizes purchased information,
each confirmation shows a picture of which logo was ordered and exactly where the decoration will be placed on
the garments. This helps to eliminate any confusion.

Net Payment Terms
Most of our accounts prefer net terms, although we can process your orders on your corporate Visa or Mastercard.

Rush Service
In most cases we will accommodate your rush requirements with no additional charges, except any additional freight charges.

Big Brother
Every program can be assigned an administrator who can review the status of any of any of the users orders
at any time. We will also provide you with consolidated reports showing totals or individual orders for each user.
If desired, the administrator can receive a copy of the order confirmation for every order placed by individual users.

Inventory & Fulfillment
We can design a program that allows us to stock your merchandise for immediate shipment. Use our warehouse space, not yours!

Decorate on Demand
If your needs keep changing, or you already have a warehouse full of slow moving merchandise,
this option is for you. Because we offer in house decorating, we can “pull stock” for decoration,
with no inventory commitment from you. Only available for apparel at this time.

Custom Products
Designed and manufactured explicitly for you. Our offshore sourcing brings you premium quality products for
prices that are usually 15% to 25% less expensive than utilizing products currently in stock. Available for
shirts, hats, jackets, and an infinite variety of promotional products.

Program Management
We offer a full service solution, managing all of your product, fulfillment, warehousing
and packaging requirements. We provide you the information required to help manage your program,
and minimize surprises.
