Screen Printed t-shirts are a staple of any apparel program. Using just one or 2 colors you can achieve a low cost alternative for more expensive decoration options. Screen-printing is especially competitive on large volume orders.

Each color to be printed requires a separate piece of film and a separate screen, thus the set-up fee of $40 per color, In this section we have laid out the pricing of the t-shirts to include the shirt and the screen-printing.

When printing on dark shirts it is more expensive. Dark shirts require an extra layer of printing or flashing, especially when printing light colors. This prevents the color of the shirt form “bleeding” thru the print, allowing whites and other light colors to be true to the intended color.
