This is a great option for large designs where an embroidered look is preferred, but prohibitive because price. Also called “tackle twill”. This is usually associated with the collegiate look, where large letters, names or numbers are cut from fabric and sewn or embroidered onto the garment.

Pricing
12-piece minimum. This priced by the square inch, and the detail of the accompanying embroidery, as well as the number of pieces ordered. We need to see your design for a accurate quote.

Set-up
We can set this up from almost any good quality artwork you can provide in a digital format. Some judgments will need to be made as to which portions of your design will be embroidered and which will be appliquéd. This will be reviewed with you before the appliqué is cut.
