Embroidered Polo Shirts are a mainstay of most uniform programs. Most often we do left chest embroidery, but sleeve embroidery and under the back of the neck are popular areas as well. We take special care when embroidering polo shirts. Because the fabric is usually a more open weave, it requires more attention to get clean, smooth embroidery. We will often apply a water soluble “topping” to the fabric before we embroider. This prevents the embroidery thread from laying into the openings in the fabric.
